F.A.Q.

Q: What is Bubble Tea

A: Bubble (Boba) Teas are creamy, refreshing, sweet drinks with tapioca pearls on the bottom. While the drinks can be made with freshly brewed tea, they are often made with powdered flavoring, creamer, water, and ice. Here at Boba Boys, we offer everything from tradition tawainese flavored powders, freshly brewed bubble tea and milk tea, and our new classics which include flavors like Cake Batter, and Chocolate Penut Butter.

Q: Where did bubble tea orginiate?

A: Bubble Tea originated in Taiwan but has made it's way to major cities in the United States and now finally to Long Island. We are happy to introduce customers to the wonders of Boba.

Q: What are Bobas made of?

A: Many Bobas are black, but can sometimes be found to be white or transparent. We prefer the rainbow pearls which are light brown in color. The pearls are made from cassava root and brown sugar. The consistency of tapioca pearls are somewhere between jell-o and chewing gum and and about the size of a marble. We liken it to having chewy gummy bears in your drink.
